Purpose
- This organization is a Montgomery County Local Branch of the Pennsylvania State Education Association representing the Professional Staff of The Eastern Center For Arts and Technology and is affiliated with the National Education Association of the United States.
- It shall be the purpose of this association to promote the general educational welfare of the Montgomery County School Districts; to cultivate a spirit of harmony and goodwill among the staff of The Eastern Center For Arts and Technology; to develop the abilities and resources of individual members; to protect and advance the interests and general welfare of its members and to maintain a sense of dignity in the teaching profession.
- Enable members to speak with a common voice on matters pertaining to the Teaching Profession and to present their individual and common interests to the Eastern Montgomery County School Board and other legal authorities.
- The function of this organization is to provide its members with an opportunity to understand the problems of the various communities served by the school and to acquaint the public in each of the communities with the needs and problems of the teachers and the Technical Center.
